Lolitaire (or Loli) was drawn to Osteopathy mainly by her dance background. As a ballet dancer for 14years, she was drawn to the Osteopathic philosophy and the ability to help people feel good in their bodies and day-to-day lives.
While practicing in Auckland, New Zealand, Loli developed a passion for health and wellness coaching as a tool to help her Osteopathy clients get even better results- she trained and was awarded a dual certification in Health + Life Coaching.
Since then she has undertaken further study in Mindfulness, Breathwork and trauma-informed coaching to further support her clients.
Lolitaire started Zenith O+W to create a safe space for people to heal and achieve lasting vitality through personalised, integrative and evidence-based treatments and techniques.
She provides Osteopathy consultations, leads the Rest + Restore classes and facilitates Wellbeing Talks at businesses and workplaces.
